Academic Council
The Academic Council is the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of the Memorandum of Association and the Rules and Bye-laws, have the control and general regulation of, and be responsible for, the maintenance of standards of learning, education, instruction, evaluation and examination within the University and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed upon it by the Rules and Bye-laws.

Ethics Committee
KIIT Deemed to be University maintains a University Level Ethics Committee (ULEC – Non-Research) focusing on non-research ethics, administrative integrity, grievance redressal, and institutional ethical compliance.
Scope
- Ethical governance across administrative and operational activities.
- Review of grievances, misconduct complaints, and ethical concerns unrelated to research.
- Providing ethical guidance for institutional programs and policy implementation.
