How the Internal Quality Assurance Cell collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website.
The public website can be browsed without providing personal information. Personal data is collected only when you submit it deliberately: the contact form (name, email, subject, message) and the guest details form (event, contact, and - where applicable - identification details required for honorarium processing).
Server logs record technical metadata for security purposes. IP addresses are stored only as one-way SHA-256 hashes; raw IP addresses are never persisted.
Sensitive identification details (such as PAN, Aadhaar, and bank information submitted through the guest details form) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are accessible only to authorised administrators, on demand, with every access recorded in an audit log.
All traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is protected by role-based access control and optional two-factor authentication.
Submitted information is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided: responding to enquiries and processing guest engagements. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for profiling.
Operational sub-processors (database, file storage, email delivery, and error monitoring providers) process data strictly on the Cell's behalf.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have submitted by writing to the IQAC office at [email protected]. Requests are honoured subject to institutional record-keeping obligations.
